Digital Product Refund Policy

At DollarBook, we sell digital goods that are delivered instantly. Because of the nature of digital content, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

❌ Cancellation:
Orders cannot be canceled once payment is complete and the file has been delivered.

💸 Refund Exceptions:
We only offer refunds in the following cases:
- Technical issue where the file is not delivered and cannot be accessed

💸 Refund Timeframe:
For any technical issue that cannot be resolved, we will initiate a refund within 14 working days.
